Scott currently serves as Chief Investment Officer for Alliance Wealth Advisors. In this role he performs due diligence on all of our investments and provides market commentary and insights. In addition, Scott is an Investment Advisor who relishes the opportunity to work with clients and make a difference in their financial lives. Scott is an expert at portfolio construction and financial planning and tailors portfolios and plans to client-specific situations.

Scott has a passion for finance and investing and prior to joining Alliance Wealth Advisors was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Scott held a variety of roles with Goldman Sachs including working directly with private wealth clients and advisors. Scott also held compliance and risk management responsibilities and helped build out critical internal infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Scott was a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley where he served a national client base and traded options and bonds.

Scott obtained an MS in finance from the University of Utah and a BS in finance from Utah State University.

Scott lives in North Salt Lake with his wife and five children. They enjoy hiking, backpacking, and spending time together in the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah.
