Reed Nielsen is a certified public accountant and partner at Shaw & Nielsen, PC. He has eleven years of experience and provides his clients with accounting, tax, and consulting services.
Reed enjoys working closely with his clients as an accounting and financial consultant. Many of his clients rely on him for not only traditional accounting and tax services but also be involved with various financial decisions. He appreciates being a part of his clients’ businesses, getting to know their management team and employees, and being available to work through opportunities and solve problems.
He provides small and medium-sized businesses with various services including payroll processing, monthly accounting, entity selection and tax classification, resolving IRS and state tax issues, tax planning and strategy, and annual income tax filings. He frequently prepares and reviews individual, partnership, corporate, and trust income tax returns.
Reed graduated with his Bachelors in Accounting and Master of Taxation from Weber State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and one-year-old son, playing golf, and traveling with family and friends
