Kent graduated from Brigham Young University, University of Idaho College of Law and Georgetown University Law Center and holds two law degrees. He has been practicing law for 17 years and spent the last 15 years developing a successful LifePlan and Asset Protection Planning process with over 1,500 families helped. He has preserved, protected, and defended from probate, excess taxes, and Nursing Home or Assisted Living Poverty millions of dollars in life savings. Kent has been recognized in Utah Business Magazine’s “Utah Legal Elite.”
